Delivery

All orders ship free to any UK address.

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days. Standard delivery to the UK typically takes 7–12 working days. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow its progress.

Your wrap arrives in plain, unbranded packaging — no product names, no logos, no indication of what’s inside.

We currently ship within the UK only. International shipping is something we’re exploring and we’ll announce any expansion on our website.

The 30-Night Sleep Guarantee

We want you to try Lenisa properly — not just once, but for long enough to know whether it genuinely improves your nights. That’s why we offer a 30-Night Sleep Guarantee.

Use your Lenisa wrap for up to thirty nights. If it hasn’t improved your sleep comfort, contact us and we’ll arrange a full refund.

How it works:

Email us at hello@lenisa.co.uk with your order number. We’ll reply within 24 hours with a prepaid return label. Post your wrap back to us. Once we receive it, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.

Products should be returned in clean, reusable condition. We cover return postage — it costs you nothing.

Changed your mind?

If you’d like to return your wrap for any other reason, simply contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. The same process applies.
